There is this stigma associated with putting your elderly family members in a care home. The sad truth is, care facilities are stigmatized as a result of many myths and stereotypes related to families putting their loved ones in a facility and forgetting about their existence!
We refuse to be part of this and here is what makes us different.
Huis Janri aims to make our residents’ retirement years memorable and to strengthen the sense of belonging within them, by devoting our time and attention as best we can. It is also our dream to ensure that our elderly maintain a healthy relationship with their family, and continuously create opportunities for interaction.
We also consider the relationship between the staff of Huis Janri and the families of our residents crucial and strive to maintain such relationships at all times.
